Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, clean, and in their original condition, with original tags, accessories, and packaging. Email support@gemviehat.com and obtain authorization before mailing anything back. For a size or other customer-preference return, you must purchase the return label and pay the actual return-shipping cost. Most size changes are handled as a return and a new order.
