Returns :

We offer a 30-day return period after the package of deliveried. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at flag.jia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back to us.

Refunds :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges :

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at flag.jia@gmail.com and we will provide you with an exchange authorization.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a gift certificate.

Shipping :

To return your product, please contact us at flag.jia@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
